Two years after fraudulent elections, and the subsequent brutal crackdown on peaceful protestors, Belarus has remained in the situation of an acute political and human rights crisis. With more than 1350 political prisoners and tens of thousands detained for political reasons, the citizens saw the regime offering the Belarusian territory as a springboard for Russia’s full-scale invasion.
